This performance is part of our Outspoken weekend of new performance from Arab artists, curated by Eckhard Thiemann.

Daring and uncompromising, Aataba is one of most controversial yet internationally successful productions from Morocco in recent years.

Four female performers explore the contradictions of the individual and society in Morocco – what behaviour is expected and what actually happens.
